What Causes Recurring Vaginal Infection During Menstruation?

Hello, I ve got a vaginal infeccion by a bacteria called citrobacter koseri. I ve taken 5 diferent antibiotic and it always comes back with my period. It s been almost a year now. I think my vaginal flora is destroyed by so many antibiotics. Could I try to wash my vagina with a dilute solution of apple cedar vinegar and drink a lot of water?
