What Causes Recurring White Crust On Ear?

Sir,whenever i used to touch my pinna a white crust of dandruff came out from my ear ,sticking on my finger and it used to occur everyday in my ear. I clean it daily in the morning and till the evening it appears again.How can i keep my ear clean from this dandruff like shit ?
