What Causes Recurring White Spot On Left Side Of Cheek?

Hello I have a reoccurring white spot on left side of my cheek i searched internet and got thrush, tonsillitis, acid reflux etc it all started after a party and kissing a girl and other adult stuff got tested for HIV gon, syphilis and was negative and suggestions please i am worried
