What Causes Recurring Wounds On Penile Shaft After Having Sex?

At first there was a little wound on the shaft of my penis, by erection it reopened. It lated to get cured but as i started sex again there were more than one wounds in different part of the shaft. No pain but when penis grows.
One more thing, before i started sex with my partner i didn’t have any problem.
