What Causes Red And Blotchy Chest While In One Particular Room?

This only happens at work in one particular room. Whenever I get nervous (cause someone I like is in there) my chest area gets all red and blotchy but then goes away as soon as i leave the room give or take 5 minutes. What can I do to prevent my chest from getting red? It s quite annoying and it only happens in that room. Help?
