What Causes Red And Itchy Bumps On Cheeks After Crying?

Hi, I was crying for about 4 hours and I had make up on, and I was on the phone. When I went to wash my face, I saw 4-5 red bumps on my cheeks (4-5 on each side). They are a bit itchy. I don't know if they crying caused it because I have never experienced these rashes before.
