What Causes Red And Itchy Rashes On Thigh And Hand?

Hi , I have some slight red rashes which came on the fore hand , but now I have them on the thighs . I thought this was due to eating specific fish like seeer fish, basa etc . But past three days I have not had fish but has come up on my thighs . This is slighty itchy as well What could this be ?
