What Causes Red And Itchy Vagina?

I have a red and itchy vagina and I have some white discharge that smells yeast-y. I also have bumps that are fleshed colored and appear to be under the skin. These symptoms have been occurring for some time now and I've been tested for std's and they turned out negative. And my pap smears always come up normal. I'm currently being treated with fluconazole (oral). Do I have an infection or disease? How do I get rid of these bumps? Are they related to a yeast infection? Also when I feel the inside of my vagina, the inner walls are almost numb (I don't feel the touch of my finger when self examining). Is that normal?
