What Causes Red And Painful Indented Circles On Arm Near Wrist?

I have two linear red indented circles on my left arm near my wrist but on the side of my arm. They started out as pin holes that I itched and got about 10x in size (currently it's a little smaller than an eraser) they bleed and sometimes clear liquid comes out of them and they won't go away.
