What Causes Red And Sore Lumps Between Breasts?

i am a female 17. I have these small round lumps between my breasts and they are very red and sore when i touch them, pus also come out of them. my question is how could i get rid of them for good and not just a couple of weeks my sister also has them and has the same problem as me
