What Causes Red And White Rashes On Cheeks And Arms?

Please type your query here...I have a red rash on my cheeks which after a biopsy came back as foliculitis very little luck getting treatment for it as doctors told me i have lupus, also appeared on my arms and have dificulty with my sinuses wonder if its some kind of staph infection HELP! I am 37 53kg with 5 children the youngest i finished breastfeeding about a year ago other than the rash I am well, I ride horses walk everywhere and feel well in myself desperate for some kind of answer...since using an antibacterial soap less flare ups of the rash but when it does flare up it hurts and has left white scars on my arms and the skin looks shiny.
