What Causes Red And White Spots On Throat And Severe Body Muscle And Joints Pain?

I had a high white count fever blisters on my face general ill feeling, diarrhea, red and white spots in my throat, severe joint & muscle pain, and strawberry tongue. Then within a few days I had two pimple like places at the top of my butt crack that turned into very painful burning blisters that have been there going two weeks now yet the rest of the symptoms have subsided with my whole body just the skin basically being extremely sore like a bruise.
