What Causes Red Blister Rashes On Body?

hi ...i have red marks alll over my body....some are filled with blisters..they are really annoyning and itch so much...i have been vacinated against chicken pox .....is it possible i have chicken pox?....i am 19 years old....
could it be something other than chichek pox?
