What Causes Red Blisters On Skin Post Brazilian Waxing?

Hi. I have been getting Brazilian waxing done for almost a year every 3-4 weeks. I went Wednesday for a routine waxing and immediately knew something was wrong. When I went to get dressed it burned much more than normally. When I got home to inspect the area, it was very red in a couple of places. Now it is covered in little blisters, is irritated and red, and itches very badly. It looks similar to a diaper rash. I put some triple antibiotic cream the first couple days, and tried a &d ointment today but it still itches and burns badly. I m wondering because of the redness if the wax was too hot and she burned me. Any suggestions? There is a small area on my outer labia but the most irritated areas are currently around my rectum.
