What Causes Red Blisters On Skin?

Hey, I have blisters for over 3-4 days and theynbecame bigger and bigger so I had to pop them and I was poping them for over a day and now the places that the blisters were on are red and when I rub my hands against each other I get a weird filling. I still have some blisters and bloody red spots too
