What Causes Red Blood Discharge And Stomach Cramps After Taking Contraceptive Pills?

Hi, i had my last period on Jan 3rd and had unprotected sex on the 13th.But consumed an emergency contraceptive the same night.Today (jan 20th) i noticed blood (red colour) discharge and have stomach cramps like normal periods.I also tend to get pimples on my face before my periods and do so now too.

What is the reason behind this??please help
