What Causes Red Blotches On Face And Neck After Sun Exposure?
when my son goes in the sun within 5 minutes he starts to get red blotches on his face and neck and behind his ears.... they do not itch, burn or hurt, and when he comes in from the sun they go away.... what can this be and why does it happen.. he is very pale skinned, could that be why?
