What Causes Red Bump On The Body With White Center?

I have a red bump that looks like a zit (might actually be, but I never had one there) and it has a white center. I kind of tried to break it out, but haven t been too successful. Not sure If I didn t do so hard enough,, or its something else from a zit. Any help would be great. Maybe a zit, maybe a bug bite?
