What Causes Red Bump With Tingling On The Vagina Lip?

Three days ago i experienced tingling on the inner lipof my vagina right next to the opening. The next day it had turned into a small red bump. It was painful but bearable. Yesterday it had grown to a big while open sore that had become extremely painful, burned to urinate, and had swollen the inner right lip of vagina. I put some bacterial cream on the bump and the pain went down just a bit. I am only 4 but I HAVE been sexually active more than once. I have a doctors appointment next Monday but i am literally freaking out. Now i am experiencing a little bit of a tingle on my right butt cheek. Could this be ANYTHING OTHER THAN HERPES?
