What Causes Red Bumps After Shaving Pubic Area With A Razor?

i have shaved my pubic regin many times befor but just a week and few days ago i got sum red bumps..i thought it was just razor burn..and i did the wrong thing and itched it alot untill it got into scabs and now its spread around more toward my bellybutton is this sumthing bad?..and how do i go about takeing care of it if i cant go to a clinic or dr?
