What Causes Red Bumps After Using Lubricant?

I've never used any kind of lubricant before and last nite my boyfriend and I used ky yours and mine and today I have red bumps on my stomach, inner thigh, and on my lower stomach near my private area.... could I be allergic or what could it be? I know I don't have an std bc I'm 5 months pregnant
