What Causes Red Bumps And Dark Scar On The Arm?

Hi So i ve been having red bumps on my right arm. It appears and last a couple of hours and it would come back within a week or so. It itches when i scratch it and would leave a dark spot. Im not sure what it is and im worried. At first i though it was a bug bite but its not. It appears randomly and leave a dark mark after.
