What Causes Red Bumps At The Penile Head During Erection?

Hello I have recently noticed that the head of my penis has started to get lines/ very small red bumps that are only visible when erect. I haven t had sex in over 2 years and this only started happening about 7 months ago. I shower twice a day and am uncircumcised.
