What Causes Red Bumps In Between Buttocks?

Hi, I have a red bump on the inside of my but crack. I m in no pain, but it itched slightly on the first day. After scratching - and breaking some skin it seems - is when I noticed it. Now, having known of it for 3 days, i still feel nothing but it is bigger. I am out of network with my insurance but could get to urgent care once the blizzard here subsides. Thank you!
