What Causes Red Bumps On Legs After Using Veet Cream?

i used to use veet that comes in a green container but now i use veet supreme essence (the pink one) and now it s getting worse. i m getting red little bumps, kinda like cellulites, on my thighs and legs and they re really itchy. i try now to scratch it because when i do, it leaves me with little marks on my thighs and legs. what should i do to prevent this? should i try a different brand of shaving cream? I don t use razors or anything like that so it s not the razors, i think it s the cream i m allergic to.
