What Causes Red Bumps On Penis Head That Keep Spreading?

Hello, roughly a week ago I had sex with a girl and the condom broke during climax. A few days later red bumps began to form on my penile head(I am uncircumcised). They do not itch or have white pus formations but have been spreading. The girl has no STDs. What is this and whatshould I do about it?
