What Causes Red Bumps On The Back Of Legs?

I have some red bumps mainly on the back of my legs but I think it may be spread lower. They do not itch at all but when I pick at them this kind squishy ball comes out. I stopped shaving a week ago to see if that helps. But nothing has changed and when I pick them they don t fade or seem to get better
