What Causes Red Bumps On The Face?

I have these red bumps on my face/cheek (both sides of the nose).They're not pimples, they dont seem to need "popping" and is ony sometimes itchy. started with one, now there's 4 on my face! do i need to go see a dermatologist? I am not allergic to anything that I know of..except bee stings.
