What Causes Red Bumps On The Labia And Clitoris?

I had a UTI about a month ago, I felt like it never fully went away. I went back to the doctor and he gave me more antibiotics, this was about a month ago. I started taking cranberry pills and it seemed to me the sensation had gone away, however lately I feel the same constant need to urinate and that scent that is associated with UTI's. Just the other day I noticed a few red pimples on my labia and one of my clitoris... They are a little sore to touch and sometimes itchy, do you think this could be related to a UTI or something else of concern?
