What Causes Red Bumps On The Thighs After Taking Shower?

I just took a shower a little while ago and was noticing I have these red pin spot looking bumps on my things inside kinda with white halo around them about 10-20 no pain nor itching but really bothering me could somebody please help. Thanks s much! Jessica
