What Causes Red Bumps, Spreading Over Body?

Hello, I am 24 years old female, 147lbs, and 5'1''. For a week now I have had red bumps on the sides of my abdomen as well as the front of my hipbones. They have been spreading ever since, to the area in between my shoulder and neck, up my sides underneath my armpit, underneath my breasts, groin area, a few on my middle abdomen, left forearm, and behind my knees. They itch once in awhile. I have went to 2 doctors and both weren't 100% sure if it was chicken pox which was the orignal diagnosis. It's been one week and i haven't seen a change. PLEASE HELP.
