What Causes Red Colored Dots On Skin?

I am getting red color dots on my skin, they recently appeared and few of them getting little larger. they looks like red blood moles. the total number is around 10 at the moment. 2 of them are on my face also. could you please tell me whats the reason and how to treat them . I am really worried.
