What Causes Red Colored Penis?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I'm worried about the fact that my penis' colour is blood red. it's pinkish at the rad then dark red the rest down and the ring at the base of the head is dark red too. I've had this all the time is it normal?
