What Causes Red Coloured Stool After Eating Street Food?

I have had diarrhea since this afternoon, not too serious, just took an immodium. I m in Cairo so I figured it was street food and my stomach getting acquainted. Or maybe the fact that I ate a few too many fiber gummies, but now my stool is pale red.
