i am in a monogamous relationship with boyfriend of 3 years.he has for the second time since dec. experienced red dots, and bruising on his penis after oral,vaginal, and anal sex. our love making usually lasts for a one hour to hour an a half. he went to his doctor the first time it happened and doctor told him it could have been from a possible oral sore in my mouth and provided him with anti fungal cream. which cleared it up right away. he is using that again and it is clearing up as well. is this something more than a fungal infection? we are both very concerned.
