What Causes Red Dots Around Eyes And Neck After Taking Prednisone?

My daughter was told by the dr today she has the flu. She was prescribed Tamiflu and prednisone. She took the first pred. about 8:00 pm tonight. She now has red dots all around her eyes and going down her neck and chest. Is this normal? YYYY@YYYY
