What Causes Red Dots Around The Eyes And On Forehead?

hi, im 17 years old and have lichen sclerosis. i woke up this morning with small read dots like pin-pricks all around my eyes and forehead and was just concerned as i read somewhere that this may be a symptom of m/s. i was also wondering what l/s and m/s have in common as i don't fully understand and looking it up online is just scaring me. i dye my hair so my dad thought it may be an allergic reaction but i haven't redyed it in about 3 weeks and as i said before the dots are painless. thanks, rosie
