What Causes Red Dots On Penis After Intercourse?

i had sex with my girl freind for about 3 hours then a couple of days later i have red dots on penus head this has happen before but it goes away i dont know what it is so if u can help that be great. the dots on penus dont hurt and it does not look that it has pus or anything coming out of it.
