What Causes Red Dots On The Penis Head?

Hi Doctor, My names TJ.
Roughly 2 weeks ago after having unprotected sex (not the first time) some red dots appeared on the head of my penis. My girlfriends parents said she was tested clean of STDs and my parents have said the same. What can these be? They are the worst right after sex.
