What Causes Red Dots On Uvula And Sore Throat?

Hi. I have noticed that I have red dots on my uvula, sort of on the roof of my mouth and on one side under my tongue. I have a sore throat as well, and it feels like it s swollen. I also have mucus that has been draining to the back of my throat. Should I get this checked?
