What Causes Red Dots Under Chin?

I have completely flat, red dots under my chin. The appear sometimes and I have no irritation or pain. They are in straight lines and are only under my chin. I haven t rested my head on anything, I haven t tried any new facial treatments, I have done nothing new. They only sometimes appear and I would to know what they are. So could you help me out?
