What Causes Red, Dry And Itchy Bumps On Body?

Hi, I have these red, dry, and sometimes itchy bumps on my body. They seem to be concentrated on areas were my skin is more sensitive like the underside of my arms, my stomach, back and some on my legs. I have no idea what it is. An allergic reaction?
