What Causes Red Finger Tips While Suffering From UTI?

Hi. About a week ago I had a UTI and I went to the chemist and they gave me over the counter sachets to drink over the next 2days. I thought it had gone but was still there on the 4th day and its now the 7th day after and I still have it slightly but woke up this morning and my finger tips are red. Every finger from my first top knuckle. I did a quick search on the web and found so many reasons for red fingertips. Do you think it has something to do with the UTI and it has infected my kidneys?? I dont have any abdominal pain yet but urine is quite cloudy and ive been drinking alot of water.
