What Causes Red, Flat, Itchy And Scaly Patch On Skin?

Hi... I have a pink to red flat itchy and scaly patch about the size of a quarter on my . Two other small ones are coming up in another area (very small). They itch and I flake off skin often. It itches worse when I perspire. Its flat not raised. Whats do I have ? I thought it was fugle but the cream does not remove it? Its anoying.
