What Causes Red Forehead And Neck With Burning Sensation?

Hi, first of all I have SLE and raynauds. I have had episodes where my forehead will turn bright red but my face stays pale. for months now my neck is very red. It feels tight..almost like there are hands around my neck. It also has a burning sensation at times. what could this be and what type of doc should I see?
