What Causes Red Hot Facial Flushes With Acne?

i am 13 years old and i have moderate acne, and i am taking benzoyl peroxide 10%. i am also taking oxtetracycline twice a day. i have quite severe scarring from my acne. i have been experiencing red hot facial flushes, where i sweat under my armpits a lot. this happens for no apparent reason. because my face goes very hot when i have the flush, i can't wear makeup to cover my extreme redness as it just melts of, and my face goes very oily. please help me, i am feeling desperate !
