What Causes Red Itchy Bump On Inner Thigh?

I have this red itchy bump on the inside of my thigh and am wondering what it is. It is usually an air pocket but just recently it filled with puss then drained, it got bigger and itches even more now. I also noticed what seems to be a hole in the bump too. What is this?
