What Causes Red Itchy Bumps On Face?

Sir..I m Rakesh, male 25 yrs old from India I have been using Tretinoin 0.025% with a combination of clobetasol cream from 5 years. Recently I noticed that pinhead sized red bumps with burning and itching sensations are appearing on my face.. What should I do.. Please help me.... If I stop the medication for one day.. The next morning will be a nightmare for me...Those pinhead red bumps will appear with itching sensations All over on my right side cheeks and under eyes. It will get normal in 1 week if I use it everyday... but if I skip for one day.. Then the problem arises again.... Plse help me :(
