What Causes Red Itchy Bumps On Genitals?

hi, i just checked a few seconds ago and it seems that i have randomly found something in my genitals. i have NEVER had sex, i masturbate but hardly, and im a virgin andi have not kisse anyone, and i have no stds (hopefully) so i found this redish pink bump in my genitals and it is kind of itchy, it popped a little bit but now its just slightly swollen. i dont know if its a swollen forcyd spot but PLEASE HELP!
