What Causes Red Itchy Bumps On Hands And Stomach?

I have small red itchy bumps (about 1-2mm across at first discovery) on my hands and stomach. About 4 on my stomach, and 15-20 on my hands. They are in no discernable pattern except that they SEEM to be near my visible veins. There are none of my legs or feet. The ones of my stomach are very spread out. No obvious groupings on my hands either. No red rash.
